I'd like to open a discussion implementing and using Sharepoint for managing a project.

 

I've found a great set of recordings here from  a solution provider http://www.brightwork.com/recordings/  and would like to expand discussion into successes or issues found when using Sharepoint right out of the box for managing projects.

 

Have you found it easy to integrate with MS Project - or what is your approach with using Sharepoint and what components of project are you rebuilding into Sharepoint so it facilitates managing a project?

 

Sharepoint will become very much an industry force in many verticals as it matures for managing projects.   Are solution providers building industry templates or will future versions incorporate templates for Agile PMBOX, PrinceII etc in a future release.

 

Just curious and wanting to follow  this going forward into product maturity.
